About Us
We are a small family run business based in Swansea, that prides itself in offering top quality service to all our customers. Adrian has worked for a national computer retail company and holds a BSc honours degree. Jo has a Diploma in Computing and has studied everything from object orientated programming to networking.

We started out back in 1996 by helping friends and family in our spare time with any computer problems that they might have had. Over the years through word of mouth we started helping out friends of friends etc. Since we both enjoy working with computer technology, we wanted to start our own business many years ago, but work and family commitments put a hold on that until now!

The people we helped told us that there was a need for some type of home PC support. They were computer novices, eager to use their PC’s to the full but often found themselves pulling their hair out because of printers that would not install, viruses, lost email settings and PC’s just not doing what they wanted them to do.

If there is something wrong with your plumbing, you call a plumber, if your car breaks down; you call a mechanic, but what if your computer breaks down? Many large computer companies don’t offer home assistance and the services they offer in the shop are limited strictly to hardware repairs and software upgrades. They do not offer any assistance for the little things such as e-mail, or printer problems etc. So this is why we decided to provide assistance to people where and when they need it at an affordable price.
